Why doesn't American Furniture Warehouse offer long term financing like three years no money down?

I believe in giving my customers a bargain and long-term furniture financing programs are no bargain. To qualify you have to purchase a certain amount of furniture, say $3000 or more, second that type of financing costs the retailer a large percentage of your purchase price paid directly to the lending company raising the price to you, the customer. Finally if you miss or are late with a payment you are responsible for all the interest starting back to your purchase date, typically at a penalty interest rate of 28.9%.

Why doesn't American Furniture Warehouse offer Furniture Care Kits?

This type of program costs you, the customer $70 or more for a product that wholesales for less than $5. Buy your furniture polish, fabric conditioner and leather cleaner at you local discount store and save your money. At AFW our warrantees are simple, included, clear and straight forward, caution this "care kit scam" is snake oil and will bite you in the wallet.
